Dr. Brandi Sillerud, DNP, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, Assistant Professor and MHA Graduate Program Coordinator in the School of Nursing and Healthcare Leadership, was admitted to the American Nurses Advocacy Institute Fellowship program. This program is sponsored by the American Nurses Association. The Minnesota Organization of Registered Nurses recommended Sillerud’s admission to the program to represent Minnesota. She was accepted as one of only 24 nurses in the nation into this fellowship cohort.
Her yearlong fellowship experience will consist of bimonthly conference calls, working on an activity to impact healthcare policy for the state of Minnesota, and a trip to Washington D.C. to work with legislators in October.
Congratulations Dr. Sillerud!
